Smith & Laudadio Combine On No-Hitter

Game 1
Reggie Smith and Rocco Laudadio combined on a no-hitter in Kings Park 12-1 win over East Hampton in Game 1 of Saturdays doubleheader. It was the first no-no since Andrew Scavuzzo's on April 12, 2004 against Bellport. Smith went the first six innings striking out 8 but walking 5 and hitting a batter. Laudadio pitched a 1- 2-3 7th inning.
Tom Locrotondo (3-4 run SB), Mike Pearse (2-4 3 runs 2 RBI's HR), Nick Wiwczar (2-4 run 2 RBI's SB) & Rob Goldstein (2-4 2 runs 2 SB's RBI) provided most of the offense for KP.

Game 2
Tom Locrotondo went 2-4 with a run and 2 RBI's and Mike Persichilli went 1-3 with a run and 3 RBI's to lead Kings Park in a 13-2 win in Game 2 of Saturdays doubleheader.
Freshman Sean Fox picked up the win going 4 innings and striking out 5 while giving up just 3 hits and a walk. Luke Mangogna pitched a scoreless 5th and Dave Sommo finished out the game for KP.
